Will Smart Display work on Windows 2003 ?

Good afternoon,

I am just wondering, whether a Smart display can be
connected to Windows Server 2003. I have seen a couple of
articles referring to download Windows Server 2003
Resource kit (Adminpak.msi).

There is a plan to budget for Windows Server 2003 and I
can influence to add cost for Smart Display so that there
wouldn't be much need to open the server room every now
and then, should there is a need.
