Will read from CD/RW but will not save to it

Someone please!! I am looking for some help!! I am having trouble saving my movie to my CD/RW drive. Whenever I try to save to the drive, I get a error message stating that Movie Maker could not locate a recordable drive CD Drive. I have upgraded to Movie Maker 2, but still get the same problem. Is there a patch for this problem that I can't find. I have looked all over Microsoft's site. I am using XP professional and have recorded to that drive during this same time that the above problem is happening. Any idea???? Any help is very much appreciated

An easy fix, tho I am not sure wy the problem arises - see my previous post re this
