Will P4 'C' with 800FSB run at 533FSB ?

Just wondering if a Pentium 4 'C' can be stepped down to run on motherboard
that supports 533FSB max ?
I know I'd be taking a performace hit.. just wondering if it's doable at
all..

Sure but it won't be whatever it's rated at.
