will not save

i cannot figure out what is wrong with my windows movie maker. i wanted to
make a 1 minute picture slide show and i made the whole thing but when i
wanted to save it to the computer in the completed form it would not let me.

i do not understand why. all of the photos and music were saved on my
desktop and transplanted from there to the movie.

the disk space is 62% free

the saving location is the desktop.

if there is an update or a way i can reinstall this please let me know
through my email

Not a good idea to publish your real e-mail

The issue you describe may be related to
incompatible source files:

Many formats are reportedly compatible with
Movie Maker but the most reliable choices are:

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wmv, wma, wav
