Will not display email.

Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help. I have a user using Outlook 2002 on windows
xp pro. When you view an email it does not show the email. It shows an
attachment with an e icon. If you open the attachment you can see email. Any
ideas?

No, just from certain ones. Other users get it fine.

Have a sender whose mail is known to show up in this way send a single
message to more than one of your users (including the one recipient who is
having the problem)
