will not defrag send error message

keep getting error message appname:mmc.appver:5.12600.0 modname:mfc42u.dll modver:6.0.8665.0offset:0000207
when you read the error report it gives a code 0xc0000005 can any one help

Sounds like a .dll file problem,try downloading the pc
doc leave a discription of problem in box,and run it.
