Will not boot after windows updates

I just did a bunch of updates. I don't remember which
ones, but know when my computer starts up it gets to the
graphical Windows 2000 Start up window and then restarts.
I can't get into safemode or boot using any other way it
always restarts. Any Ideas

Is this computer connected to the internet while it boots up then
restarts? If so, it could be compromised by MSBlaster.
