will not autoupdate

Autoupdate does not work in my installation; however, manual update does.
The autoupdate update from 5693 to 5695 (I think these are the correct
numbers) did not work. I manually updated to 5695 and posted the problem.
The posted suggestion was to do the add-remove/MSAS/change/update fix that
had been posted several times. I did that and waited for the next update to
see if it fixed auto update. I have the daily update time set for 8am pst
and the scan set for 9am. It did not autoupdate today but manual update to
5697 did work. There was no message in the error log.

Auto scan at 9am does work fine.

I don't have an answer for you then, I guess its just a conflict with your
system and MSAS probably. All I can suggest is to wait on beta 2 see if any
changes have taken place in terms of reliability.
