Will Microsoft Office 2003 (student and teacher edition) work in .

We use Microsoft Office at the college where I attend. I wanted to install
the same program on my computer at home if at all possible. I have Windows Me
on my computer and I have found the Microsoft Office 2003 (student and
Teacher edition) at a nearby store. I need to know if the program will
install and run on my computer?

Be careful that the lineage of Windows ME is more of Windows 9X strand while
Windows 2000 is more of Windows NT stand if the product requires Windows
2000 or later, don't interpret that Windows ME is the same as Windows 2000.

I may be wrong but from what I read, Office 2003 requires (proper) Windows
2000 or later which excludes Windows ME.
 
That's correct, Van. Office 2003 will only run on Windows 2000 (SP3 must be
installed), Windows XP or, I suppose, Windows Server 2003.
