Yeah I know I said it! Its December dammit, deal with it. :D

So what are the chances we'll see snow over the festive period? its not looking like we'll see much if any down here, but you guys further north might....

We're already covered in snow here up North !!

Although it's getting warmer today and the wind is now from the West rather than from the Arctic.

Makes a half decent picture though. :)

What a cracking view! Where abouts is that then?

Lovely pic @nivrip, that is gorgeous scenery.

Wouldn't be surprised if we see a bit of snow during the run-up to Christmas @V_R. Up to now, we've only had some frosty mornings. The wind has been really biting though.

That's only a light dusting at the moment

Exactly. Plus, it will be gone tomorrow... and it will reappear so that it'll be gone again and...

That's November & (at least early) December in the tropical south of Finland. Permanent snow will arrive around Xmas.

Should that happen, I might take the ferry to Tallinn and practice gluttony and intemperance in the Old Town.

That's our local hill, Roseberry Topping, which is just outside Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. It's actually only about 1000 feet above sea level but looks a lot higher. It's a very popular walk. :)

It actually snowed here for like 5 minutes this morning, but nothing exciting...

The word on the street is that we might see some snow today/this weekend down here.....

We had a lot of snow overnight. More to come apparently....

Snowing here too :). We've had a light dusting each morning for a few days, but it's been pretty constant the last few hours.

We're scheduled more this afternoon by all accounts...
