I have a web site made by frontpage. I am using frontpage 2003, and my
computer is going down. I plan to but a new computer and know that the Op
system will be vista. My question is will frontpage 2003 work on windows
vista? Do I have to change to microsofts new web software? Would I have to
rewrite the codes for the web site?

Thanks.

Yes, it will work. You must however do a custom install and not
install the PWS as it will not work on Vista. Vista Business, Ultimate
and Enterprise comes with IIS7. With Vista Home, you can only work
with discbased webs or directly online with your Provider.
No you don't need to move to EW if you don't want to. And no, you will
of course not need to rewrite your pages.

In addition to Jens Peter Karlsen's remarks, note that FP2003 does not
come with a PWS.

If you use IIS then you will have to download and install the FP2002
extensions for IIS7 from http://www.rtr.com/fpse/

There is a bug that affects some installations (but not all) where using
the add hyperlink dialogue causes the FP2003 program to close down -
this may have been fixed in Vista SP1, or Office 2003 SP3.
