I want to purchase FrontPage 2003 to manage a semi-professional website. I
know that I don't need SharePoint Services, etc.

I see that Microsoft is launching Expressions Web and discontinuing
FrontPage. I feel more comfortable using FrontPage. Will I still be able to
use this software after the launch of ExpressionWeb? Will I still be able to
purchase FrontPage within the next year or will it be discontinued completely?

It's already discontinued, but you will likely be able to buy it from
eBay, etc.

Of course you can use it. I'm sure you will be able to find copies of it
around for some time.

Yes. It will still be usable although it may not be available for purchase
except on eBay or Amazon
