Can I run Flight Simulator with Intel Exptreme Graphics Driver?
or do I need something better. Have the it but don't want to open it till I'm sure or I can't return it.

Hi Ernie,

Flight Simulator will work with Intel Extreme.
For FS 2000, FS 2002, and FS 2004 verify the requirements at:

I've been using FS2004 fine with Intel Extreme Graphics (64MB-as reported by
DXDiag)
