Will an ASP.Net (VB) app work in Mobile Phone browsers?

If I create a website with aspx pages using VB.Net, will they work in mobile
phone browsers? What limitations exist other than the size of the
pages/graphics?

With my mobile phone i can watch anny website , however i need to scroll a
lot and the browser scales everything to a smaller size
so i guess your limitation is your target audience just as with "normal" web
development

Yes, ASP.NET has features built in to determine what type of device is
being used to target your website, and can custom tailor a page for
that device. This means that you could have different version of your
site for "standard" browsing, as well as having a mobile version, or
several mobile versions for different types of cell phones.
Unfortunetely, I can't remember the name of the set of features, but
some searching on the subject should turn up some links.
