Where exactly is the feature that shows you the users (computer names were
shown IIRR) logged in on your WiFi network? I had found it somewhere, and
can't find it now. I am on a secure home network with 3 users connecting to
a DSL 2Wire WiFi Router.

Also, is there equivalent software for XP that does the same?

Yup,
Second that. LOL
Umm, just a side note;
using ATT by any chance?
LOL
The reason I say that is that ATT signed an agreement with 2Wire;so 2Wire
supplies lots of ATT DSL customers with their wi-fi capable router.
Must of happened just recently also; cuz I'm just starting to notice
them- :-O in my travels!!

My DSL provider is Telus in British Columbia (a Canadian province).
My Wifi router is a Linksys.

Gary,
Sorry,
I'm not good at post placement!!! LOL
That was meant for Power User;cuz he/she said they're using 2Wire adsl
wi-fi

Yes, it's an AT&T connection. There used to be an option somewhere in the
control panel network connections GUI. I can't seem to find that now.

Hi,
Are you speaking of "View computers and devices" in Vista itself ?
If so it's network>at the top; click Network and Sharing Center; then you'll
see your map; and in the left greenish blue pane you'll see the link "View
computers and devices".

On their web site they say this...
"To set your browser's home page to the HomePortal user interface, find the
place in your browser to set the home page address and enter
//gateway.2wire.net, or the IP address of your HomePortal (the default IP
address is 172.16.0.1).
"
so try http://172.16.0.1
