wife can't open hyperlinks...

I use IE6 for my default browser on my computer admin
account in XP Pro, and it works great. My wife, also a
computer admin. account, cannot open certain hyperlinks
(i.e. Yahoo homepage), nor can my children (two accounts
that are limited). I have been unable to figure this out,
uninstalled, and reinstalled, set all to default and still
nada. Please someone help me, or my wife is going to go
postal on me.
