wierd startup page

whenever i start ie explorer my startup page
is "c:\Program Files\Startportal\Portal\portal.html"
instead of msn.com. I've used an anti virus program on my
computer which didn't get rid of it, I've tried to delete
the file in Program Files, I changed my startup page in
my registry but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?
