Every time I move my mouse there is a rasping noise in the speakers. This is
really getting on my nerves and I do not know how to turn it off, except by
turning off the speakers. Does everyone have this nosie when teh mouse moves?

Your motherboard has built-in sound. It shares the ground circuit with
other hardware devices, like your mouse. Moving the mouse causes a
fluctuation in the ground circuit which renders itself as "noise" on your
speakers. the only way to get rid of it is to install a separate sound card
in the PCI slot. It will have a separate ground, and will not be affected
by mousing.
