I use Frontpage to construct pages for my website and word spacing looks fine
in FP but when I publish the pages it's all spaced out:

Like this like this like this.

I've tried every paragraph and font option I can find but nothing seems to
be amiss, and nothing I do seems to fix it.

Any solutions you can recommend? (I've found some on paragraph spacing but
not word spacing.)

Thanks.

Is your text JUSTIFIED? If so, then that's what happens - it's why you
don't see justified content much on the web.

Sure looks like it was created in word and then copied into a web page.

When copying from word, paste in notepad first and then copy and paste from notepad.

As a quick fix, switch to code view, right click and select Optimize html
In the optimize dialog, make sure remove word formatting is checked , click OK and then save the page when it
is done.
Right click again and select reformat html.
Save again and then publish.

You'll need to check code view though as there will be some errors in the html.
