Why'd They Take This out of Enterprise?

I kinds of want to know, why did they take Frontpage, Project and Visio out
of Enterprise 2007?
 
FrontPage hasn't been shipped with office since Office 2000 I believe,
except for maybe the developer version of Office. I'm not sure that Visio
and Project were ever included actually as I don't remember being able to
install them using the standard Office installer ever, they were always
additional components.
