What version of MSAS do you use? Go to Help-> About Microsoft Windows
AntiSpyware.. and check. If this is not latest 1.0.615 release then please
update.
However as a temporary solution you can shut down the MSAS, go to Microsoft
AntiSpyware folder and delete this huge error log, then start MSAS again.

As Mikolaj notes: This issue has been resolved with the latest build, so
that if you delete the old, large, file, and if you are now running the
current code, it should not recur.
