Why my users cant change password, a message says that they dont have
permission to do it.

let me see, I need to make changes at All my DC registry?
If I instal xp sp2 at workstations, this problems disappears whithout need
to edit my DC registry?
1.. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
2.. In the right pane, double-click RestrictAnonymous.
3.. In the Value data box, type 0 or 1, and then click OK.
I will change 2 to 0 or 1, what is the difference?
