I can't seem to remove software completely from my system. I follow the
directions of the program, and delete the files...I reboot, but they just
come back. Any suggestions??

Yes:

1) see if you can submit a Tools, suspected spyware report--describe what
happens. If you are not able to submit this report, don't worry too
much--there's a bug which prevents it on some systems.

2) restart in safe mode after updating both Microsoft Antispyware and your
antivirus. Do full deep scans with Microsoft Antispyware and with your
antivirus, until a scan with each somes through clean.

3) You may also want to post the name of the object which keeps coming back
here. If the above regimen fails,.we can often offer advice here about
other products which do work for the problem.

1. Not every anti spyware program removes all spyware. In fact, that is why
the knowledgeable person uses two, three or more - one after the other.

2. A lot of the spyware regenerates itself with a new persona upon reboot.
The people who write this crap are smart. We just have to get smatter than
they are.
