why won't all the web page appear?

Hi

When I visit some websites (ebay is one) not all the pictures or graphics
appear. Where there should be pictures, I get the "ACTION CANCELLED,
INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT FIND etc etc" message you would normally expect to
see when a whole site page is unavailable.

Can anyone help me?

Those are just ads. I would guess that you have a program like spywareblaster or adhosts installed. If you want to see the useless ads then disable these programs and any running pop-up blockers you may have. Then sit back and be prepared to have a frustrating surfing experiance full of ads,pop-ups and bho's. Good luck.
