Why when I sign in the browser paage shows not available

Dear community friends,

In my browser (IE6),whenever I visit the Microsoft community pages I used to
click the sign in button (java script) at the top to put questions etc., But
for the past one week If I click the sign in Button the browser shows that
the web page is not available and I am not able to use to click button. What
is the reason? Is there any options I should check in for this? I am putting
ths question from another computer,
 
You should give up on the kludgy web interface and use a real
newsreader...like Outlook Express, which is already installed on your
computer. You'll never go back to the web interface again.
