Different compared to what?

1 Different browsers?

2 Different viewing in "preview" as opposed to a real browser?

3 Different screen resolutions?

4 Different screen (monitor) sizes i.e. 15", 17", 19", 21" or whatver....

I could go on... but we need more concrete info from you to answer your
question.

only the home page looks different why??

Because it doesn't look the same.
