It's strange that a status bar is showed when I open exlporer windows, such
as Computer Folder, Music Folder. It looks dual and I want to hide it. Could
you please tell me how to do it?

Find a blank spot in one of the bars at the top of the page and right click
on it, un-check the check mark in front of status bar. Close the program to
save your settings.

Windy,

I understand you have both Details Pane and Status Bar turned on in Explorer
windows and you find it redundant.

To remove Status Bar:
- Open Explorer window
- Press Alt to bring up Menu Bar
- Click View, uncheck Status Bar

To remove Details Pane:
- Open Explorer window
- Click Organize > Layout > Uncheck Details Pane
