why the web service can't run?

Hi,

I design a web service using vb.net,it runs well in my developing
computer,but when I put it in the server(win2000 server) with AD,I can't get
the web service,the IE response error:http 500 internal server wrong,when I
reinstall win2000 server system without AD,I can get the web service.What's
wrong?Please help me!

If you create a ASP.NET page and put it on your DC, does it run ? This is
just to verify that your ASP.NET is working. Maybe you are experiencing the
problem described in
