See "Windows XP Restarts Unexpectedly or Restarts When You Shut Down
the Computer" (http://support.microsoft.com/? kbid=320299).
Thank you your support, but it hasn't solve. I want to
know how to check my new RAM does it match with existing
RAM, if not that problem then how to check my RAM is
work! Actually before is very stable, this case is coming
from that new RAM! So I felt that is that problem, so how
to make sure and correct that mistake!

Her's a link for a Memory Diagnostics program from Microsoft.
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

You will need to put it on a floppy or CD and boot into it. Just launch
the downloaded file and it will give you an option for floppy or CD.

It woekd fine on my XP Pro machine ( unfortunatle, Now I need to get
new memory ) :) Read the page on how to use the programs options.
