Why should a developer use Access 2003 over XP?

I read alot of articles on

It lists some new features, but I still am unconvinced.

If anyone has developed database applications in Access
2003, is there a big difference as to what you do versus
Access XP, or even 2000?

Over 2000 - yes.
1. Stability.

Over Xp? Just improved XML handling.

Thanks. I'm trying to decide whether I should upgrade,
and while the create Word doc in XML looks cool, the only
thing I really saw that interested me was the inking
features of 2003.
