copy the file off the CD, they have to open the copied file's property
sheet and reset its read-only attribute.

They need full permissions to the folder that the MDB resides in including
create and delete file authority. Otherwise Access can't create, modify,
and delete the LDB file normally created when a user opens an MDB file.
