Why Outlook profile can be corrupted ?

Anyone has the explaination of why the Outlook profile
can be corrupted ?
 
Not enough info for us to go on here....more detail would help.
 
Well, it is just in general - Outlook hang in contacts
folder - but if create a new outlook profile - it
resolved the problem.
