Hi, i have a site of 40 workstations, recently more and more users complaint
that they have to press the "Send/Receive" button in order to update their
Inbox and i found that their Outlook 2003 are all in Offline mode. May i know
the reason why this is still happening even though i have the "When Starting"
section set to "Automatically detect connection state"? Thanks.
This is where i found the "When Starting" option:
'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|View or change existing e-mail
accounts', select "Microsoft Exchange Server", click "Change", click "More
Settings", change the settings in the "When Starting" section on the
"General" tab.
