Why no option to switch to English?

I am an expat currently living and working overseas in
China. I've configured the country/Region setting for
my .NET Passport Profile to "China", so that the
date/time of my Hotmail emails are correct.

Now all the information contained under MSN Live, MSN
Travel and the links under "Launch Site" in MSN
Messenger, are all in Chinese! I also noticed that when
I sign out of Hotmail, I'm direct to the Chinese version
of the MSN website.

Why does MS assume you are able to read/write the
language of the country/region that your are in. I'm
sure there are a lot of expats living/working overseas
with the same problem.

Is there a way to configure a non-English speaking
country and select English as the default language??

Frustrated!!

Cheers
Paul

You need to select the appropiate country within
your .NET Passport profile in order to adjust the time
zone to match.

Changing the "Time Zone" on your PC does not affect
your .NET Passport profile.
