Why no Forms Wizard

When I first received my eval version it would not install, reporting that
the source disk was corrupt; however, after a system restore for another
problem, it installed just fine, but there is no forms wizard in the
templates. Is this not included with the eval version?
 
And configure FP to use the FP SE (SharePoint )

Stefan: Interestingly, my FP on my pc at home does not have IIS or FP SE,
and I don't have it checked to use the FP SE (SharePoint), yet my frames
wizard comes up just fine.
 
....meant to say my FORMS wizard comes up just fine.

Sorry, didn't get any notification that there were posts. This was an eval
version that was shipped to me. No forms wizards were installed with the
program, yet the help files refer to them, and all my research shows them as
being standard. Strange. I have full version coming, so hopefully will be
solved soon. I also had major problem with install after restore, and I am
posting message, so maybe you can help with that too.
