why my pc always restart by itself follow by a blue screen?

My pc sometimes reboot by itself follow by a blue screen that says something about memories or spaces.
Because the blue screen disappear so fast, i can't even read it thoroghly. Could you tell me what is going on and how to fix it

Disable auto restart in Startup and Recovery located in System Properties /
Advanced tab. This will let you to manually restart the computer and copy
all of the error message. Repost with results to recieve more help. Jym
