I have C: and D: partitions. C: is pure OS and software. D: is data. I built
my machine and put all software in at once. I knew exactly what I wanted (
did it so many times ). Then my C: drive still get fragmented easily, while
D: did not. Other than some internet cache files, things should be changed
at all. And the internet files should be in one directory. Why my C: drive
is fragmented?

Thanks for answering.

Don't worry about it. NTFS is suppose to fragment and it takes a pretty good
bit for any noticable difference.
I'm OCD, I guess, and like to get rid of much as possible also.
Some of the files, you will find can be deleted or emptied, but be careful
about that.
You can run it several times in a row also, but it seems never to as good as
Executive Software or Perfect Disk
