These configuration does not work on my computer:
MB: K7VTA3
Memory: Kingston DDR400
CPU setting: 133Mhz
DRAM setting: 133Mhz

However.... if I changed the both CPU and DRAM speed to 100Mhz and it
works fine.

Does anyone know why 133Mhz does not work but work on 100MHz?

I never had that happen with PC3200 (DDR400), only PC2100 (DDR266)
memory, including several Kingston ValueRAM modules assembled in China
(all the US-assembled ones worked fine, despite looking exactly the
same) that were troublesome with Pentium and Athlon mobos based on SiS
chipsets. I could set all the BIOS timings to their slowest speeds,
but the only thing that helped was to change the DRAM speed from 133
MHz to 100 MHz. OTOH those modules were fine with my K7VTA3 ver. 8.
Kingston was no help, except to offer free replacements, and some of
their people said that I had the wrong memory for my mobo while others
said I had the right kind.
