Why isnt my background printing?

Hello there, My background I selected I found online and saved to my
computer. I recently am doing a report in my World History class and wanted
this background for my project. When I put the background on, it shows on
Frontpage 2000 but does not show in print preview, nor does it print.

Please help :(
 
Set your browser to print background

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced scroll down to Printer

Thankyou for the fast response, but it's still not working, I have changed my
settings on IE and still no luck. :( Not sure what IE has to do with
frontpage, but im 100% dedicated to finding the problem, please let me know
:) tyvm
 
The browser determines background image and color printing, not FP.
