Why is windows/system32/software file size 29 gig?

The largest currently modified file is 20 gig -
"windows/system32/software." Why is it so large and what
does it do? Is there a way I can limit its size?

What exactly is in your "windows/system32/software" folder? What are
the largest files, and what Company originated them?

Assuming you already have up to date virus protection, I suggest you
do a spyware check next. Get Spybot S&D and HijackThis (both free),
and help from SWI Forums. Start with this article, which contains all
