Why is there no send/receive option in my Microsoft Outlook 2002?

There is no send/receive button or option in my Microsoft Outlook software. I
can send e-mail fine with Outlook Express but when I try to set up my
accounts in Outlook 2002, even though the setup tests just fine, when I
actually try to send an e-mail, there is no option to send/receive. Any idea
why?

The usual cause is that an email account hasn't been configured.
