Rumor has it that he is moving to Memphis because of the researchers/work
at St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital. Further rumor has it that he
has bought a nice mansion/estate/house/pad there.

Rumor also has it his cancer has returned and he has been lying to his
investors. The house is ok.
