why is powerpoint image resolution poor when animate presentation

Tables and charts in Powerpoint as images look fine (enhanced windows
metafiles usually) until I animate the presention. then they go fuzzy. Any
idea why?

It's got to do with how PPT makes "sprites" out of the objects so they can
be animated. Other than that, I don't know any details -- I just know it's
definitely frustrating to see all those jagged, fuzzy edges.
