Hello,

Lately when I open a 10 x 7.5 inch PPT show, it displays at 89.33 dpi (892 x
670 px) instead of 72 dpi (720 x 540). It used to always be 720 x 540, and
now, the screen is bigger even though the resolution setting is the same.
Does anyone know why that might be? I don't know what could have changed...
very confusing.

Thanks!

Need more details:

Do you mean you see something different when viewing a slide show or just
normal PPT editing?

Do you mean that a screenshot of the live PPT area is 892x670 px or something
entirely different?

We can't see what you're doing/seeing. Your words have to be our eyes.

Thank you both for your responses. Sorry to be vague, Steve, and thank you
for asking me to clarify. Yes, when I view at 100% and take a screen shot,
it's 892 x 670, and when I import graphics, 892 x 670 is the size that just
fills the screen. 720 x 540, is too small. Isn't that weird? It used to
fit. I thought it might just one particular file, but I've opened files from
different clients now, and they're all that size, so I know it's not just one
funky file.

I appreciate your help! I'm mystified! Thanks!

It does sound as though you've changed your screen resolution in Windows and/or
altered the default Windows font size (which implicitly changes the default Windows
screen DPI).
