Why is my mail being undeliverable about every two weeks

The mail comes back undeliverable and tells me to sign in and do the word
puzzle.
Why is this happening all of a sudden. I never had this problem before now
all of a sudden this comes up.

Not an Outlook issue. That is something your e-mail provider is doing.
You, we, and Outlook have any control over that. So did you ever use their
webmail interface to get their intervening CAPTCHA security page, put in the
correct characters, and get to the webmail client to complete the task that
THEY demand of you?
 
it's not a problem, it's your email provider trying to cut down on spam, just
do what it says
