why is my frontpage v3.0 empty?

i need frontpage im going to school for it and would like to do my homework
at home. and my v3.0 frontpage the folder is empty and i was wondering why...
it's worthless that way.
can someone please help me? i really need this program...
i am runing xp pro office suite...

That folder is part of the OS and not a part of FP
In order to run FP on your PC you need to buy & install FP

thank you.. i figured as much... do you know where i can get a copy of fp
that is cheap?.... hate to spend alot since fp is no longer
