Why is EPSON Playing Dirty Tricks..?

The R510/310/210 Printers here, have to use different Ink Tanks, so you
can't import cheaper tanks from overseas..


The R510/310/210 is the Same as the US/UK R500/300/200.

The R510/310/210 in only sold in OZZ/NZ..



And here are the OZZ/NZ Ink Tank list.

I was told by Epson here that they are fitted with different chips, than the
R300 ink tanks and also was told a unlikely story that the Ink is different
for the climate here.

This to my knowledge is the first time ever as I have been merrily selling
to many Australian/New Zealand and USA clients across the Epson range in
particular with no problems.
If anyone believes the incredulous temperature and ink story that should
truly clobber the mass quantities of USA ink flooding into China which then
flows back again as cheapo cartridges. It then follows that Cheap imports
cannot work in the temperate UK and Northern US climates or at all across
Europe.
Could it be - is it at all possible that Japan doesn't like China or are
they preparing them for an exclusive product for when they also become
consumers and logically cannot use USA or UK products.

Are you a JetTec Agent as it seems they are now hard to get here I used a few
for my Epson 740 and they worked a treat.

The Other good UK Brand was Pelican I think, but have not seen that here of
late..
