In Front Page 2003 when I want to put insertion point somewhat in the middle
of a new line, it jumps always on the left margin. Is there an adjustment
that will make the insertion point behave like in Word?
I am new to F P . Thank you.

No, HTML doesn't allow for that.

Well it won't behave like Word because FP is not a word processor....

If the line doesn't have any text on it, there's no where for it to go
except to the left margin. There's no "tabbing" across the page like in
Word (if that's what you're thinking of)

However you can align the text (left, centre, right, justify) - perhaps
that's what you want?

You can also use tables to position anything you want pretty much whereever
you want.
