Why i keep on getting same message from mail server?

I'm using Microsoft Outlook, and have been getting message from server.
However, i have been keep on getting same message whenever i re-start the
p.c...
is there any solulation on this matter?

your Outlook version is?

And... that message would be? And on what version of Outlook? Mail account type?
