Why I can't save forms in my database?

after creating tables in a database, I created a form by using wizard and
auto form. when I try to close I choose to save form when prompted. however,
the form screen doesn't close untill I choose NO. then reopenning the
database I don't find the form. any one know why and how can I solve this?

Does anyone else have the database open? Starting with Access 2000, you
have to be the only one with it open in order to create or modify forms.
